Michelle is a qualified nutritionist with a special interest in women’s health, hormone balance, and body recomposition, helping women feel strong, energised, and confident in every stage of life - without sacrificing their mental, emotional or physical well-being.
With decades of experience across the wellness industry, Michelle brings a truly integrated approach to health - combining nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle. She’s also a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, life coach, and NLP practitioner, creating safe and supportive spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies and build lasting habits.
Her practice goes beyond calories and macros. Michelle is passionate about teaching women how to fuel their bodies for real life - in a way that’s both sustainable and effective, while also protecting the gut, hormones, nervous system, and mental health. She believes true health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move - it’s how you feel, think, sleep, rest and live.
Whether she’s guiding a client through a nutrition audit, teaching a reformer class, facilitating a coaching session, or supporting her online community inside The Nourished Woman’s Network, Michelle’s mission remains the same:

Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deeply intuitive approach to the studio through her background in remedial massage therapy and passion for human movement.
As a certified remedial massage therapist, her approach is grounded in the belief that movement is medicine - and that when we combine intentional exercise with therapeutic support, we don’t just treat pain, we transform the way our bodies move and feel.
Katie will be leading Reformer Pilates alongside Michelle, bringing a practical and empowering style to every session. Whether you're looking to build strength, move with more freedom, or recover after injury, Katie creates a space that supports your unique journey and helps you reconnect with your body’s full potential.
