About Us
At Simple Living Collective, we do wellness differently.
At the heart of everything we do is the belief that true health isn’t just about calories and macros — it’s about nourishing your whole self.
We help women ditch the quick fixes and step into a sustainable, empowering way of living that supports their body, mind, and hormones through every season of life. Our signature approach is centred around the NOURISH 292 Method which goes beyond food and exercise. We look at the big picture — gut health, nervous system regulation, hormone balance, rest and recovery, mental well-being, and the daily habits that build long-term vitality.
Whether you’re working through weight management, fatigue, hormonal shifts, body image struggles, stress, recovering from injury or just trying to feel like yourself again, we offer personalised care that meets you where you're at.
You’ll find a range of support options from in-person services at our wellness studio in North Queensland — including Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Massage, Nutrition Consults, Life Coaching and Rehabilitation — to online offerings like 1:1 coaching, digital programs and The Nourished Woman’s Network, our growing online membership for women who want real, practical, evidence-informed wellness guidance and support - that actually works.
If you're tired of being told to just eat less and move more, We’re here to help you feel strong, steady, nourished — and empowered to live well in your real, messy, beautiful life.

Why 292?
Because life isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being consistent.
292 represents 80% of the days of the year (365) — 292 days of intentional, aligned choices that nourish your body, support your health, and move you toward your goals.
We don’t expect perfection, we encourage sustainability.
With 80/20 as our guiding philosophy, we focus on what you do most of the time, not all of the time. This means there's space for real life, flexibility, joy — and no guilt when things aren’t “perfect.”
Over the course of a year, those 292 days of nourishment lay the foundation for real, lasting transformation — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Her practice goes beyond calories and macros. Michelle is passionate about teaching women how to fuel their bodies for real life — in a way that’s both sustainable and effective — while also protecting the gut, hormones, nervous system, and mental health. She believes true health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move — it’s how you feel, think, sleep, rest and live.
Whether she’s guiding a client through a nutrition audit, teaching a reformer class, facilitating a coaching session, or supporting her online community inside The Nourished Woman’s Network, Michelle’s mission remains the same:
To help women come home to themselves — stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever.
